Celtics Sweep Pacers, Advance to NBA Finals
Boston Dominates Final Three Games
Derrick White's Late Three-Pointer Seals the Deal
The Boston Celtics have punched their ticket to the NBA Finals after sweeping the Indiana Pacers in four games. The Celtics overcame an 18-point deficit in Game 4 to secure the victory, 105-102.
Derrick White hit a tiebreaking three-pointer with 43 seconds remaining to give Boston the lead. The Pacers had a chance to tie the game, but Domantas Sabonis's three-point attempt bounced off the rim.
Jaylen Brown led the way for the Celtics with 23 points, while Jayson Tatum added 22 points and 12 rebounds. Domantas Sabonis paced the Pacers with 24 points and 17 rebounds.
The Pacers gave the Celtics three close games in the Eastern Conference Finals, but Boston's experience and depth proved to be too much. The Celtics will now face either the Miami Heat or the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals.
